OCOTILLO PERFORMING ARTS CENTER TICKETING POLICIES

Event tickets are available in-person at the Ocotillo Box Office, by calling (575) 746-4212 or online at our 
Upcoming Events Page.. The Ocotillo accepts all major credit cards.

 

Accessibility:
 
The Ocotillo offers wheelchair accessible and companion seating. Please contact the Box Office for specific seating requests and wheelchair accommodation.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy
No refunds will be issued on any performance unless a performance is cancelled.  Series or Season Ticket subscribers may exchange tickets for another performance of the same show at no additional cost.  Ticket exchanges must be made at least 48 hours prior to a performance.

 

Late Seating Policy
Late seating can be disruptive to the performer and to the audience. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the artist and the Ocotillo staff. The policies vary from show to show, but you may not be allowed to immediately take your seat if you arrive after the show has begun. You may be asked to wait until intermission, or until the end of a scene, act or song. This also may apply if you leave a show and wish to re-enter while the show is in progress. 

 

Lost Tickets
If, for any reason, your tickets do not make it with you to the show we can re-print them at the Box Office at no charge, provided you can show proof-of-purchase. 

 

Lap Seating Policy & Age Restrictions
Any person entering the theatre must be ticketed. Children may sit on parents' laps, but they must be accounted for with a ticket.

While we do not have a strict policy on whether or not a child should attend a performance, please note that age restrictions are advised for dramatic and fine arts performances. Please respect the experience of the people sitting around you if you plan to bring a young child.  Please inquire when purchasing tickets on age appropriateness.

 

Group Sales
Groups of 10 or more will receive a discounted price, depending upon seat location and group size. To purchase group tickets, please contact our Patron Services Manager at (575) 746-4212.

 

Photography, Video Recording & Cell Phones
Due to copyright laws and in consideration of the performers, the use of photographic or recording devices of any kind inside the theatre is strictly prohibited. If you bring a camera with you, we will politely ask you to check it at the Box Office window before entering the theatre.

Use of cameras, recording equipment and cellular phones are not permitted. All cell phones must be silenced before the start of the performance.

 

Facility Rental
The theatre auditorium and lobby are available to the public for rental. In addition to performing arts events, the Ocotillo also hosts meetings, seminars, and various receptions. 

 

Smoking
The Ocotillo Performing Arts Center is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in the restrooms, theatre auditorium, lobby, or within 30 feet of the building at any time.

 

Food and Beverage:
No food or beverages may be brought into the theatre auditorium.

 

Lost & Found
Lost articles will be held at the Box Office up to 14 days following a performance. After which, they will be donated.  To inquire about a lost item, please contact the Box Office at (575) 746-4212.

 

Will Call
Will call is available for pickup beginning 2 hours prior to show time at the Ocotillo Box Office. Tickets will only be released after showing a valid photo ID.
