Packages and Deals
- Redeem a 10% discount on single tickets using the code ESC17 during checkout. Promotional code can be applied to any single ticket purchase made August 1 - September 30, 2017 (EXTENDED!) to applicable events. Promotional code is not applicable to packages or other season deals. Promotional codes do not apply to University Arts and Community Partner events.
- Back by popular demand, "Fly Buy the Seat of Your Pants"! For each $100 gift certificate purchased, receive an additional $20 gift card to use or share with a friend throughout the season. Fly Buy dollars must be redeemed by May 31, 2018 and are eligible for redemption on all 2017-2018 events. Gift card purchases are non-refundable; all sales final.

Join us for hot jazz, sultry cabaret, and some of the hippest touring acts on the scene today. The Atrium is your spot for sophisticated listening in a club-style atmosphere. In addition to comfortable table seating, your evening includes the option to purchase food and beverages to enjoy during the event. But don’t forget, listening to our delightful acts is the top priority and conversation above a whisper is strongly discouraged during the sets.

Jazz in the Sky

Kick off our jazz season with Sony Masterworks recording artist Bria Skonberg, a NYC trumpet player, singer and songwriter "poised to be one of the most versatile and imposing musicians of her generation" (Wall Street Journal). Live onstage with her quintet.
Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, 7:30 P.M.
International soul singer and Broadway stage veteran Shayna Steele has a voice that the London Jazz Review says "has enough voltage to light up the West End." Shayna and her 4-piece rhythm section do a series of jazz, blues and old soul that will leave you wanting more.
The David Myles Road Show
Friday, Nov. 10, 2017, 7:30 P.M.
Canadian singer-songwriter Myles makes a living traversing musical time periods and genres, crisscrossing from folk, roots, jazz, and country, while swinging between the 40s, 50s, and 60s to the present. His tour marks the debut of his tenth original album, “Real Love,” which celebrates the sound of the 50’s infused with a personal style that has captivated fans across North America and around the world.

Holiday Jazz with the Champian Fulton Quartet

Oklahoma native Fulton has become a world class jazz pianist and vocalist with international acclaim. With seven previous albums under her belt while still in her twenties, she will be debuting her brand new holiday release.
Julie Keough "Crossover"

Julie Keough and friends present "Crossover," a unique story about the influence of popular music styles and Broadway musicals on each other through the decades. From the early days of "trunk musicals" by greats such as Cole Porter and George Gershwin, "Crossover" explores Broadway’s Golden Era, and progresses to the favorite shows and styles of today including Country & Western, Rhythm & Blues, and modern Broadway shows.
Jazz in the Sky

Celebrate Black History Month with an artist dubbed “Chicago’s next rising star.” Jazz vocalist and composer Suggs’ vocals and approach to music are a reflection of the many great voices in Black music and culture from the past century and beyond. Enjoy his lush baritone on original compositions, vocalese tunes and time-honored standards.

Eclectic gypsy jazz for the 21st Century, the Savannah, GA quintet returns this season to serve up dazzling original tunes along with traditional swinging favorites that would make Reinhardt and Grappelli proud.

St. Patrick’s Day at the Ware has never been more authentic! Bandleader of Philadelphia-based Solas, the preeminent Irish-American band of their generation, Egan brings friends and musical guests to share the stage in his latest creative endeavor, fusing hits from the iconic band with new tunes that continue to explore "the farther reaches of the Irish tradition and beyond."

An appropriate wrap up of our Jazz in the Sky series, celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month with saxophone player, singer and composer Camille Thurman, known for amazing her audiences throughout the world with her impeccable sound, remarkable vocal virtuosity and captivating artistry. Many have praised her vocal abilities to the likeness of Ella Fitzgerald and Betty Carter, while her rich and warm sound on the tenor saxophone has alluded others to compare her to tenor greats Joe Henderson and Dexter Gordon.
