The Cabrillo Performing Arts Complex's three performance venues are available to rent by the community and non-Cabrillo College users. The College has priority use of the facilities for educational and traditional college performances by the College's arts programs within the VAPA Division (Visual Applied and Performing Arts).
Requests for rentals are accepted at any time on a first-come, first-served basis. However, a completed Public Event Request Proposal form must be submitted NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED EVENT. Confirmed bookings, opened to the public for community and non-VAPA College users, will only be finalized on or after May 1, annually, for the following academic year.
